Customsanalyst, a member of the Professional Register of Customs Agents since 1989, former President of the National Council of Customs Agents, of which he is now a Councilor.

A member of the Commission of Experts appointed by the Ministry of Economy and Finance for the reform of the customs system, he is a professor of customs commodities at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Pescara and a member of the Customs & Trade Facilitation Commission of ICC Italy.

A lecturer at master's degree programs and conferences, he is the author of numerous publications in trade journals.
