Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance, he is a court-appointed lawyer and a full professor of tax law at the National School of Administration.

A former Undersecretary of State for Economy and Finance, he was an MP and Vice Chairman of the Finance Committee in the House.

A leading expert on tax law, he is the author of numerous monographs and publications, including the seminal handbook "Income Taxes in the Consolidated Text," ed. Giuffré Francis Lefebvre.

He has also held numerous leadership and academic positions.
