Speaker - Biography

A lawyer registered with the Genoa Bar Association, he attended the University of Genoa and the Catholic University of Milan where he specialized in indirect international taxation.

He has practiced at leading national tax firms, since 2019 he has been working with Studio Armella & Associati, where he has been a partner since 2024, providing advice and assistance in the field of international trade.

He is the author of numerous articles and publications, especially on VAT, excise and customs, and lectures in seminars and training courses on tax matters

He is a member of the Excise Working Group of the Italian Section of the International Chamber of Commerce and a member of the board of Greenlane, an association that includes the best law firms experienced in customs matters internationally.
