Reform of the EU Customs Code and the TULD

Against the backdrop of a rapidly changing international landscape, two ambitious reform initiatives have been launched almost simultaneously, both of which will have a profound impact on international trade and business operations: the reform of the current European Customs Code, presented last May by the European Commission, and the revision of national customs regulations, provided for as part of the tax reform approved by Delegated Law No. 111 of August 9, 2023.
