Barbara Beltrame Giacomello

President of Confindustria Vicenza and Vice President of the AFV Beltrame Group.

Until 2024, she served as Vice President of Confindustria with responsibility for Internationalization, helping to define strategies to support the competitiveness and presence of Italian companies in foreign markets. In that role, she promoted dialogue among the business community, institutions, and international stakeholders, with a particular focus on internationalization processes, trade policies, and the development of global supply chains.

Since May 2025, he has served as President of Confindustria Vicenza and as a member of the General Council of Confindustria. He also serves on the Boards of Directors of Luiss Guido Carli University and ITA – Italian Trade Agency, and is Vice President of ALUISS. He has also served on the Board of Directors of SIMEST S.p.A., in addition to holding positions at the CUOA Foundation and the Vicenza University Studies Foundation.

With extensive experience in institutional and international relations, he is one of the leading voices in the Italian business community on issues related to competitiveness, innovation, and the internationalization of businesses.
