Marina Stella

Speaker - Biography

After high school, she continued her studies by earning a degree in International Economics with honors from
the University of Genoa; since 1996, she has been a registered Chartered Accountant.
Her working career began at Deloitte & Touche, a leading multinational financial statement auditing
and consulting firms, holding positions first in the auditing and certification of financial statements of companies
listed companies, then in the financial intermediaries supervision sector, most recently at the Bnp Paribas Group. In
1998 he joined Confindustria Nautica with the role of Director of Association Organization.
Subsequently, in 2009, he assumed the position of Director General of Confindustria Nautica, a position that
provides for the coordination of institutional activities aimed at the growth of the representativeness
of the Association and the development of the sector, responsibility for the organizational structure and the
planning of association activities approved by the Corporate Bodies.

Marina Stella is a member of the board of directors of I Saloni Nautici, a company
organizer of the Genoa International Boat Show; she is deputy secretary general of the Federation of the
Sea, the federation of the national maritime cluster, and a member of the Steering Committee of the Fondazione
Accademia della Marina Mercantile, a public institution for higher maritime education. Since 2022, he has been a member
of the Coordination and Management Committee of the National Technology Cluster "Made in Italy" (MinIT).
