Maurizio Conti is a full professor of Political Economy at the University of Genoa and the coordinator of the Master’s Degree Program in Economics & Data Science. He is an economist specializing in competitiveness, infrastructure, and economic policy.

A former Senior Researcher at the European Commission’s Joint Research Center, he conducts research on economic regulation, productivity, and the impact of public policies on regional development and international trade.

He is the author of numerous scientific publications in the field of economics and contributes to national and European research projects.
