As Chief Executive Officer of Allianz Bank Financial Advisors S.p.A. and Deputy General Manager of Allianz S.p.A., she is a manager with extensive experience in the banking, insurance, and financial advisory sectors.

For years, she has held senior positions within the Allianz Group and in key organizations of the Italian financial system, contributing to the development of strategies for growth, innovation, and governance in an international economic context. An expert in wealth management, financial regulation, and the development of advisory networks, she serves on the boards of directors of Assoreti and ABI and promotes initiatives dedicated to the development of human capital and women’s leadership in the financial sector.

Throughout her career, she has received numerous awards, including the title of “Manager of the Year” at the Bluerating Awards and inclusion, in 2019 and 2024, in Forbes Italia’s list of the 100 most successful Italian women.
