Cassation lawyer and founder of Armella & Associati, with offices in Milan and Genoa, listed by selected independent research as one of the best firms in tax and customs law.

He is chairman of the Customs & Trade Facilitation Commission of ICC Italy and a member of its counterpart International Commission. He has numerous books and scientific articles to his credit.
